We require that you complete our Client Leasing Application and outline your preferred luxury car of choice. Please note that in order to rent a luxury car, we require the following:

• You must be 25 years old or older.
• You must have a valid drivers license.
• You must provide us with a matching valid credit card.
• You must have full coverage auto insurance.
• You must have no driving violations, restrictions or similar infractions.

As soon as the required information is verified, you will receive a lease agreement and security deposit invoice.

Prospective clients are more than welcome to view one of our luxury cars; however, this courtesy is extended upon verification of driver’s license and auto insurance. Please keep in mind that all approved viewings are on an appointment only basis and that we also reserve the right to not extend our services.

Please contact us as soon as possible for any future reservations. We require that our clients pay half of the leasing amount in order to reserve one of our luxury cars. The total leasing amount is due a week in advance of the lease date.

As part of our process, and in the interest of our “good faith” approach, you must provide us with a security deposit equal to one day’s rental (depending upon your desired luxury car of choice and cost per day). Additionally, the total security deposit is due at the time of collection and will be refunded 72 hours upon return (after full review of the vehicle).

If you decide to change your reservation date please notify us a week in advance. Please note that we do not extend refunds; however, you will receive a rental credit reflecting the amount paid.

All lease agreements include 100 complimentary miles per day. Additionally, excess mileage is charged at $3.00 per mile and paid prior to your departure (mileage not paid prior to departure will be a total of $5.00 per mile). If you return the car past the agreed upon date and time, there will be a $200 (per hour) late fee. Our clients are required to refill the fuel tank upon return according to the fuel level upon check-out. Failure to do so shall result in a penalty fee of $5.00 per gallon. In addition, clients are required to refill the fuel tank with premium fuel as instructed.

Anyone over the age of 25 (with a clean driving record) may lease a luxury car from The Classic Lifestyle. However, if you have DUI convictions, major violations, or similar infractions, you will not be eligible for leasing with us.

Our clients must have their own physical damage and liability policies. To insure the vehicle while renting, the policy holder must upgrade the property damage coverage to match the value of the vehicle. It is typically $100,000 in coverage for Mercedes & Cadillac, while Lamborghini & Rolls-Royce require $250,000 in coverage. This is a quick and inexpensive adjustment you can make on the app, online, or by speaking to an agent.

Yes. The Classic Lifestyle policy prohibits our luxury cars from the following:

• Unauthorized driver (anyone who is not reflected within the leasing agreement).
• Anyone without a drivers license or driver’s who have a suspended or restricted license.
• Racing, rallying, speed contest, speed test, demonstration on or near any race track or road course.
• YAny illegal purpose or illegal activity.
• Pushing or towing..
• Exceeding any speed limits.
• Driving on an unpaved surface.
• Carrying persons or property for hire.
• Teaching someone how to drive.

All other terms and conditions listed on the Rental Policy
